I have a Dell Inspiron 4000 and I need to reformat the hard drive and re-install windows XP.?
Here is the problem. The dvd drive does not work. I do not have a floppy drive.
- I have looked around and I don't believe my bios supports USB booting - so a USB flash drive or external hard drive XP load will not work.
- I don't want to buy a replacement INTERNAL dvd-rom or a floppy.
I need options - please....
