is this a good computer(bang for the buck)?
ok so this is the deal:
i like gaming, not too much, but enough(warcraft, guild wars, counter strike.) i use limewire, flashget, and many other programs at the same time.
i found a new dell optiplex 745 for 1100$
it has a core 2 duo 2.4 ghz processor
80 gb hard drive(i would upgrade)
2gb of ram
256MB ATI Radeon X1300PRO, Dual Monitor DVI or VGA (TV-out), FH video card(can i record tv with this card or do i need a tv tuner as well)
is this a good deal, and is the video card enough.

Build your own and spend the money on the components that really matter for gaming.
